A professional review will be organized by the General Secretariat of Economic and Financial Ministries for the recruitment of senior economic and industry technicians to the Department of Productive Recovery for the year 2013.
I. - Admission requirements
The professional examination is open to candidates who meet the following conditions:
be a Category C official of economic and financial departments;
― to justify, as of January 1, 2013, eleven years of public services (I [3°] of theArticle 9 of Decree No. 2012-984 of 22 August 2012 bearing special status of the body of the superior technicians of the economy and industry).
II. - Number of positions offered
The number of positions offered for this recruitment is 1.
III. - Date and place of testing
Written proof of eligibility will take place on Wednesday, November 20, 2013 in the Paris region.
The oral admission test will take place from Monday, February 3, 2014 in Paris.
IV. ― Registration deadlines
The date of the termination of pre-registration on the internet or the departmental intranet, of application (the cachet of the position in question) or of the withdrawal of registration records to the competition sector of the general secretariat of the economic and financial ministries is fixed on Thursday, September 26, 2013, until 6 p.m. (Metropole time), time limit.
The date of the end of the confirmation of the registrations on the internet or the departmental intranet, of the sending (the stamp of the position in question) or of the filing of the registration records in the competitions sector of the general secretariat of the economic and financial ministries is fixed on Thursday, October 10, 2013 until 6 p.m. (Metropole time), time limit.
The deadline for sending (the stamp of the position in question) or filing the record of recognition of the achievements of the professional experience (RAEP) to the competitions of the general secretariat of the economic and financial departments is Thursday, January 9, 2014 until 6 p.m. (Metropole time), time limit.

The procedure takes place in two phases, a pre-registration phase that assigns a registration number and a confidential code communicated to the candidate electronically and post as well as a pre-registration confirmation phase using these identifiers.
Beyond the pre-registration deadline, applicants can access the teleprocedure to modify or consult the data from their file until the closing deadline. Any change must be further confirmed, the last demonstration of the candidate's will is considered to be valid only.
Confirmation of registration for a competition or professional examination is mandatory. In the absence of timely confirmation, pre-registration to the professional examination will be deemed null and, in fact, deleted from the selection,

Only qualified candidates who are eligible for the written examination must submit this file.
RAEP files must be submitted, completed in typing form, signed and subject to the hierarchical authority, in six copies (1 original + 5 copies).
The deadline for sending the RAEP file to the competition sector of the General Secretariat of the Economic and Financial Ministries is Thursday, January 9, 2014 until 6 p.m. (Metropole time), which is the deadline.
Registration and RAEP records must be prepared on the forms issued for this purpose by the competition sector of the General Secretariat of Economic and Financial Ministries.
No internal shipment by Teledoc will be accepted.
The failure to comply with the registration procedures and deadlines and the deadline for the transmission of the RAEP file results in the removal of the candidate.
V. - Organization of examination, nature and testing programs
An order of June 6, 2013 (JO of June 15, 2013) sets out the terms of organization, nature and program of the trials, and the composition of the jury of this selection.
