Order of August 5, 2013 extending d 'an endorsement to the National Collective Agreement for Work on Shellfish Aquaculture (No. 7019)

Minister of Labour, Employment, Professional Training and Dialogue Minister of Agriculture, Agri-Food and Forestry, and the Minister Delegate to the Minister of Ecology, sustainable development and energy, responsible for transport, the sea and fishing,
Given the labour code, in particular articles L. 2261-15 et seq. And R. 2231-1 et seq.
Seen the law of December 13, 1926, Maritime Labour Code ;
Given the Order of July 5, 2001 Extension of the national collective agreement Work of 19 October 2000 on shellfish farming and successive orders extending amendments to the said Convention;
Having regard to the amendment of 25 January 2012 to the abovementioned Convention;
Having regard to the request for extension submitted by the Signatory organizations;
Due to the Notice of Extension published in the Official Journal of March 27, 2012;
In view of the reasoned opinion of the Agricultural Sub-Committee of the National Commission for Collective Bargaining Agreements and Agreements;

Are made mandatory for all employers and employees included in the scope of the national collective labour agreement of 19 October 2000 concerning shellfish farming, the provisions of the amendment No 17 of 25 January 2012 to the Convention, subject to the application of the Href=" /viewCodeArticle.do?cidTexte=LEGITEXT000006072050&idArticle=LEGIARTI000006901747&dateTexte= &categorieLink = cid"> provisions of article L. 2241-9 of the Labour Code which provide that the annual wage negotiation is also aimed at Defining and programming measures to eliminate gender pay gaps and legislative provisions; and Regulations relating to minimum wage growth.

Article 2
