Key Benefits:
Public officials concerned: staff recruited in the General and Specialized Care Nurses of the Hospital Public Service and in the Medical and Technical Corps of the Hospital Public Service category B.
Purpose: Amend the conditions for reclassification of staff recruited in the third grade of the General and Specialized Nurses Corps; deletion of the Minister of Health's decision on how to organize the probationary course for officials of the medical and technical staff.
Entry into force: the text comes into force on the day after its publication.
Notice: The decree amends the system for the resumption of previous services for the classification of staff recruited in the third grade of the General and Specialized Service of the Hospital Public Service to ensure that staff between two and three years of service are reclassified to the second level. In addition, the decree repeals the provision stating that the organization of the training course for medical-technical personnel is provided for by order of the minister responsible for health to the extent that the conditions of the internship are provided by the decree of May 12, 1997.

Vu la Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 amendments to the rights and obligations of civil servants, together with Act No. 86-33 of 9 January 1986 amended with statutory provisions for the hospital public service;
Vu le Decree No. 2010-1139 of 29 September 2010 bearing special status of the nursing corps in general and specialized care of the public hospital service;
Vu le Decree No. 2011-748 of 27 June 2011 bearing the special statutes of the medical-technical personnel of category B of the hospital public service;
Having regard to the advice of the Higher Council of the Hospital Public Service of 23 October 2012;
The State Council (Section of Administration) heard,
Decrete:
Aunt I of Article 14 of the Decree of 29 September 2010 referred to above, the table for the period of service completed prior to July 1, 2012 for the classification in the third grade of general and specialized care nurse is replaced by the following table:

In II of Article 7 of Decree No. 2011-748 of 27 June 2011 referred to above, the first sentence is deleted.
The Minister of Economy and Finance, the Minister of Social Affairs and Health, the Minister of State Reform, Decentralization and Public Service, and the Minister Delegate to the Minister of Economy and Finance, in charge of the budget, are responsible, each with regard to it, for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
