Judgment of 29 July 2013 setting the final T1 components for 2012 and provision for 2013 of the rate of the contribution of the French National Railway Corporation to the staff pension plan of the French National Railway Corporation

Vu le Decree No. 2007-1056 of 28 June 2007 relating to the resources of the French National Railway Company staff pension and pension fund, including articles 2, 5 and 6,

Implementation II of Article 2 of Decree No. 2007-1056 of 28 June 2007, the final T1 rate of the dependant contribution of the Société nationale des chemins de fer français to the staff pension plan of the Société nationale des chemins de fer français is 22.91 % for 2012.

Implementation II of Article 2 of Decree No. 2007-1056 of 28 June 2007, the T1 reserve rate of the dependant contribution of the Société nationale des chemins de fer français to the staff pension plan of the Société nationale des chemins de fer français is set at 23.1% for the year 2013.
