Notice: The Director of the French Railways National Railway Company's Staff Provident and Retirement Fund is currently required to be recruited from the suitability list provided for in theArticle R. 123-45 of the Social Security Code, established annually by categories of social security organizations. The Order amends the recruiting pool in this job: the Director will now be selected from among those who have been registered for at least eight years in the position of a social security organization's manager or accounting officer or among those in the category For at least eight years with experience in social protection.

On the report of the Minister of Social Affairs and Health, the Minister of Economy and Finance and the Minister Delegate to the Minister of Economy and Finance, Budget Officer,
Vu le Social Security Code ;
Vu le Decree No. 2007-730 of 7 May 2007 amended to provide for and retire the staff of the Société nationale des chemins de fer français;
Having regard to the advice of the Board of Directors of the French National Railway Corporation's Staff Provident and Retirement Fund dated 25 June 2013,
Decrete:
I. ― The first paragraph of Article 14 of the above-mentioned Decree of 7 May 2007 is replaced by the following provisions:
"The director of the caisse and the accounting officer are appointed by joint order of the ministers responsible for budget and social security.
"The Director is appointed among the following persons:
« 1° To be approved for at least eight years in the position of an executive officer or accounting officer of a social security organization referred to in theArticle R. 111-1 of the Social Security Code ;
« 2° Be at least eight years of category A civil servant and have experience in social protection.
"The Director shall appoint an Assistant Director who is approved under the conditions set out in sections R. 123-49 (II and III) and R. 123-50 of the Social Security Code.
"The accounting officer is named among the persons on the fitness list provided for in theArticle R. 123-45 of the Social Security Code. »
II. ― In the seventh paragraph of the same article, the words "of the first paragraph" are replaced by the words "that precede".
The Minister of Economy and Finance, the Minister of Social Affairs and Health and the Minister Delegate to the Minister of Economy and Finance, responsible for the budget, are responsible, each with respect to it, for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
