Entry into force: the text comes into force on the day after it is published, with the exception of the provisions that provide that the section of health insurance, disability, maternity of non-salarie agricultural workers of the CSPSA issue a notice on the amount of the contribution covering the expenses of the daily allowances served in the event of illness or a private accident, which come into force on January 1, 2014. As a transitional measure, the section may issue, prior to that date, a notice on the amount of the contribution set for 2014.
Notice: The Order creates the section of the Health, Disability, Maternity of Agricultural Non-Salaries section of the CSPSA, which advises on the amount of the contribution to cover the charge of the daily allowances served in the event of a private illness or accident and the costs of medical management and control. The section is composed of the Secretary General and the Director of Financial, Social and Logistics Affairs of the Ministry of Agriculture, a representative of the Minister responsible for the budget, a representative of the Minister responsible for Social Security, six representatives of the Agricultural Social Mutuality, the National Counsel for the Agricultural Welfare System, a representative of each of the trade union organizations with a general purpose of qualified agricultural operators and two representatives of the grouping of the organizations.

Considering the rural code and the maritime fisheries;
Vu la Act No. 2012-1404 of 17 December 2012 Social Security Funding for 2013, including Article 71;
The State Council (Social Section) heard,
Decrete:
The Rural and Maritime Fisheries Code (regulatory part) is amended as follows:
1° The single section of chapter I of Book VII title II is amended as follows:
(a) Article R. 721-1 becomes Article D. 721-1 and is supplemented by a paragraph as follows:
"In accordance with section L. 731-35-1, the Competent Section shall issue a notice on the amount of the contribution covering the expenses of the benefits referred to in section L. 732-4, and the associated medical and management costs. This section is informed annually by the Central Fund of the Social Agricultural Mutuality of the management of the special fund referred to in Article L. 731-35-2. » ;
(b) Article R. 721-2is Article D. 721-2 and is supplemented by a 4° as follows:
« 4° The section of health insurance, disability, maternity of non-farms. » ;
(c) The 10th of Article D. 721-3 is replaced by the following provisions:
« 10° Six representatives of the Agricultural Social Mutuality, appointed on the proposal of the Central Board of Directors, including two members of the College of Employees. » ;
(d) After article D. 721-5, an article D. 721-5-1 is inserted as follows:
"Art. D. 721-5-1.- Members of the Health Insurance, Disability, Maternity of Agricultural Non-Salaries Section:
1° The members listed in 5°, 6°, 7°, 8°, 10°, 11° and 16° of Article D. 721-3;
2° Two representatives of the group referred to in Article L. 731-31, appointed on the proposal of this grouping. » ;
2° In section D. 751-74, the reference to section R. 721-2 is replaced by the reference to section D. 721-2.
The provisions of Article 1(a) come into force on January 1, 2014.
The section of the Health Insurance, Disability, Maternity of Agricultural Non-Salaries of the Higher Council for Agricultural Social Benefits may, from the date of entry into force of this decree, render an opinion on the amount for 2014 of the contribution covering the expenses of the benefits, as well as the related management and medical control costs referred to in Article L. 732-4 of the Rural Code and the Maritime Fisheries in its applicable version of January 2014.
The Minister of Social Affairs and Health and the Minister of Agriculture, Agri-Food and Forestry are responsible, each with respect to it, for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
