Judgment of 13 June 2013 setting the data of the nominative social declaration relating to employees under the general social security system addressed to the relevant administrations and agencies

Publics concerned: employers established in metropolis and in the DOMs of employees or assimilated personnel not under the agricultural social protection regime, excluding employers.
Subject: categories of information of the nominative social declaration and the events mentioned in I of Article R. 133-13 of the Social Security Code transmitted to recipient administrations and organizations.
Entry into force: the text is applicable as of 1 January 2013 in respect of compensation claims.
Notice: the order, taken pursuant to IV of Article 4 of Decree No. 2013-266 of 28 March 2013 in a table annexed to the Social Declaration, the data of the nominative social declaration that each recipient organization and administration is entitled to receive.

The categories of information that recipients of the data of the nominative social declarations and events mentioned in I of Article R. 133-13 of the Social Security Code shall be entitled to receive from the declarations relating to remuneration paid as of 1 January 2013 in the course of their missions through the National Old Age Insurance Fund for Employees, the USSRAF and the General Social Security Funds (GSHC) shall be set out in the table annexed to this Order.
In accordance with 7th paragraph of Article 4 of the Decree of 28 March 2013 referred to above, data for agencies responsible for the management of a supplementary social protection regime established under theArticle L. 911-1 of the Social Security Code are transmitted to them through the USSRAF and the General Social Security Funds.
