Vu le Decree No. 71-284 of 29 March 1971 publishing the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations and the Optional Protocol on the Mandatory Settlement of Disputes, open for signature at Vienna on 18 April 1961,
Decrete:
The Convention on the Agency for the Safety of Air Navigation in Africa and Madagascar (ASECNA) (set of seven annexes), signed in Libreville on 28 April 2010, will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
The Prime Minister and the Minister for Foreign Affairs are responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
