Decree No. 2013-661 of 19 July 2013 on the publication of the Convention on the Agency for the Safety of Air Navigation in Africa and Madagascar (ASECNA) (set of seven annexes), signed in Libreville on 28 April 2010 (1) The convention annexed to this decree is the subject of a special publication annexed to the Official Journal of this day.

President of the Republic,
On the report of the Prime Minister and the Minister for Foreign Affairs,
Considering the Constitution, in particular articles 52 to 55;
Vu la Act No. 2012-1289 of 22 November 2012 authorizing the ratification of the Convention on the Agency for the Safety of Air Navigation in Africa and Madagascar (ASECNA);
Vu le Decree No. 47-974 of 31 May 1947 publishing the International Civil Aviation Convention, signed in Chicago on 7 December 1944;
Vu le Decree No. 53-192 of 14 March 1953 amended on the ratification and publication of international commitments undertaken by France;
Vu le Decree No. 71-284 of 29 March 1971 publishing the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations and the Optional Protocol on the Mandatory Settlement of Disputes, open for signature at Vienna on 18 April 1961,
Decrete:

Article 1

The Convention on the Agency for the Safety of Air Navigation in Africa and Madagascar (ASECNA) (set of seven annexes), signed in Libreville on 28 April 2010, will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.

Article 2

The Prime Minister and the Minister for Foreign Affairs are responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
