Decree of 2 July 2013 extending d 'an amendment to an agreement concluded in the framework of the national collective agreement on road transport and auxiliary transport activities (point 16)

The Minister of Labour, Employment, vocational training and social dialogue, and the Minister Delegate to the Minister of Ecology, Sustainable development and energy, responsible for transport, the sea and fishing,
Given the Labour Code, in particular Article L. 2261-15;
Vu The Order of 1 February 1955 and the successive orders extending the national collective agreement on road transport and auxiliary activities of the transport of 21 December 1950 and the texts which supplemented or amended it;
Vu The amendment of 16 October 2012 to the agreement of 1 February 2011 on the Professional training throughout the life, professionalisation and securing of career paths and employment, concluded in the framework of the aforementioned collective agreement;
Given the request for extension presented by the Signatory organisations;
In view of the opinion published in the Official Journal of 9 February 2013;
In view of the opinions gathered during the investigation;
In view of the reasoned opinion of the National Commission for Collective Bargaining (Sub-Committee on Conventions and Agreements), delivered in session on April 11, 2013,
Stop:

Item 1 Article 2

The extension of the effects and sanctions of the above endorsement shall take effect from the date of publication of this Order for the remaining period To run and the conditions laid down by the said rider.

Article 3

The Director General of Labour at the Ministry of Labour, Employment, Vocational Training and Social Dialogue and the Director of Transport services to the Ministry of Ecology, Sustainable Development and Energy, responsible for transport, the sea and fishing, shall each have responsibility for the execution of this Order, which shall be responsible for Published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
