Due to the order of 12 January 2010 and the successive orders extending the collective agreement National sugar confectionery, sugar confectionery and sugar refineries of January 31, 2008 and the texts that have been completed or amended;
Given the Amendment No 5 of February 8, 2012, concerning various modifications, to the national collective agreement Above;
Given the extension request submitted by the Signatory organisations;
Due to the opinion published in the Official Journal of 6 May 2012;
In view of the opinions gathered during the investigation;
In view of the reasoned opinion of the National Commission for Collective Bargaining (Sub-Committee on Conventions and Agreements), delivered at the May 23, 2013 session,
The extension of the effects and sanctions of the endorsement referred to above shall take effect from the date of publication of this Order for the remainder of the term and the conditions laid down by the said rider.
The Director General of Labour at the Ministry of Labour, Employment, Vocational Training and Social Dialogue and the Director of Financial, social and logistical affairs of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and forestry are responsible for the execution of this Order, each of which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
