Decree No. 2013-613 of 10 July 2013 amending Decree No. 2009-21 of 7 January 2009 establishing balance indices applicable to certain non-commissioned members

Public officials concerned: non-commissioned officers, marine and personal officers.
Subject: balance indices; revalorization.
Entry into force: this decree takes effect on 1 July 2013.
Notice: The purpose of this decree is to implement the indiciary revalorization envisaged in the context of the reform of the new statutory space (NES) of Class B for non-commissioned officers and assimilated personnel of the armed forces.
