It is created at the General Secretariat of the Ministry of Culture (under-direction of information systems) an automated processing of personal data called "Gep inspiredTo" whose purpose is to make available an electronic document management tool in order to organize work between people, referred to in Article 2 of this Order, participating in the IT projects of the Ministry of Culture.
The personal data and information recorded in the treatment referred to in Article 1 are:
1° For Ministry of Culture officials:
(a) Names and surnames;
(b) The duty station and its functions;
(c) The e-mail address and professional telephone numbers fixed and, where applicable, mobile;
(d) The login identifier assigned by the ministry responsible for culture;
2° For employees of public or private economic operators, co-contractors of the ministry responsible for culture, who participate in a project mentioned in Article 1:
(a) Names and surnames;
(b) The e-mail address and professional telephone numbers fixed and, where applicable, mobile;
(c) The login identifier assigned by the ministry responsible for culture;
3° For the persons mentioned in 1° and 2°, the connection data.
I. ― The personal data referred to in 1° of section 2 shall be retained until the departure of the Ministry of Culture Officer.
II. ∙ The personal data referred to in 2° of the same article shall be retained for the maximum duration of the contract binding the parties.
III. ― The duration of the information mentioned in the 3rd of Article 2 shall be retained one year from the date of registration.
Access and rectification rights provided by Articles 39 and 40 of the Act of 6 January 1978 referred to above operate with the information systems sub-direction.
The Deputy Director of Information Systems is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
