Decree No. 2013-589 of 4 July 2013 amending Decree No. 87-1108 of 30 December 1987 setting out the different pay scales for category C of territorial civil servants

Public officials concerned: Category C territorial officials.
Purpose: Access to the final grade level with the Category C salary scale of the Territorial Public Service.
Entry into force: this decree comes into force on the day after its publication.
Explanatory Notice: This Order amends the indiciary level applicable to territorial officials of category C with a grade of pay scale 6, to take into account the creation of an eighth sommital step substituted at the special level.

The Prime Minister,
On the report of the Minister of State Reform, Decentralization and Public Service and the Minister of Interior,
Vu la Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 amendments to the rights and obligations of civil servants, together with Act No. 84-53 of 26 January 1984 amended with statutory provisions relating to the territorial public service;
Vu le Decree No. 85-730 of 17 July 1985 relating to the remuneration of State officials and officials of the territorial authorities governed respectively by the Acts No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 and No. 84-53 of 26 January 1984 ;
Vu le Decree No. 85-1148 of 24 October 1985 amended on the remuneration of civil and military personnel of the State and territorial authorities;
Vu le Decree No. 87-1107 of 30 December 1987 amended to organize careers of Category C territorial officials;
Vu le Decree No. 87-1108 of 30 December 1987 Amending the different salary scales for category C of territorial civil servants;
Having regard to the opinion of the Superior Council of the Territorial Public Service of 24 April 2013;
Based on the opinion of the Local Finance Committee (the Standards Assessment Advisory Board) dated 2 May 2013,
Decrete:

The Minister of Economy and Finance, the Minister of the Interior, the Minister of State Reform, Decentralization and Public Service, the Minister Delegate to the Minister of Economy and Finance, responsible for the budget, are responsible, each with regard to it, for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
