The National Assembly and the Senate adopted,
The President of the Republic enacts the following legislation:

Single article.

The approval of the social security agreement is authorized in the form of an exchange of letters between the Government of the French Republic and the International Organization for Merger Energy for the joint implementation of the ITER project (a consolidated annex), signed in Paris on 7 September 2011 and in Saint-Paul-lez-Durance on 20 September 2011, and the text of which is annexed to this Act (2).
This law will be enforced as a law of the State.
