This Order shall designate the organizations notified and specify the modalities for their follow-up, in accordance with provisions of Article 2 of the Decree of 27 December 2012 referred to above.
The list and coordinates of these organizations are listed in the Appendix to this Order.
The details of the tasks for which these bodies are authorized to intervene are made public on the electronic notification tool provided for in Article 49, paragraph 2, of Regulation (EU) No 305/2011 referred to above.
Each notified body shall annually prepare an annual report of its notified body activity under the above-mentioned Regulation (EU) No. 305/2011 and the address to the notifying authority no later than 31 January following the reporting year.
In addition to the elements described in Article 53 of the above-mentioned Regulation (EU) No. 305/2011, the report indicates, where appropriate, the names and addresses of subcontractors, any obstacles encountered in the exercise of their notified body activity and the references to the harmonized technical specifications applied.
At the request of the notifying authority, the notified body shall communicate any technical record or supporting evidence of the decisions taken.
Each notified body contributes to the European coordination referred to in Article 55 of Regulation (EU) No. 305/2011 and reports on this contribution in the annual report referred to in Article 3.
Each notified body participates in the coordinating bodies of notified bodies established at the national level.
The Director of Habitat, Urban Planning and Landscapes, the Delegate for Road Safety and Traffic and the Director General of Infrastructure, Transport and the Sea are responsible, each with regard to him, for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
