Notice: The decree provides that the funds of agricultural social mutuality, which raise the presumption of wages of persons wishing to settle as forest-working contractors by giving their subservient to the social protection regime of agricultural non-salarie, will now consult the regional directors of food, agriculture and forest in place of the regional advisory commissions provided for in Article D. 722-3 of the Maritime Code. These commissions are therefore deleted.

On the report of the Minister of Agriculture, Agri-Food and Forestry,
In view of the rural and maritime fishing code, including its article L. 722-23;
Having regard to the advice of the Central Board of Directors of the Agricultural Social Community dated 4 October 2012,
Decrete:
Chapter II of Book VII title II of the Rural and Maritime Fisheries Code (regulatory part) is amended to read:
1° Section D. 722-3 is amended as follows:
(a) In the first paragraph, the words: "to a commission established in each region by order of the prefect and composed of representatives of the Minister responsible for agriculture, the funds of agricultural social mutuality and professional organizations representative of workers and operators or contractors of forest works as well as qualified persons competent in the field of forest work" are replaced by the words: "to the Regional Director of Food, Agriculture and
(b) In the second paragraph, the words "to the commission referred to in the previous paragraph" are replaced by the words "to the Regional Director";
(c) The third paragraph is replaced by the following:
"The Regional Director shall transmit to the Agricultural Social Mutual Fund his opinion on the situation of the persons concerned under the conditions set out in articles D. 722-32 and D. 722-33. » ;
(d) In the fourth paragraph, the words "of the commission" are replaced by the words "of the regional director";
2° In the first paragraph of Article D. 722-3-1, the words "of the commission mentioned" are replaced by the words "of the regional director mentioned";
3° At the 4th of Article D. 722-32, the words "recognized by the commission referred to in Article D. 722-3" are replaced by the word "sufficient".
The Minister of Agriculture, Agri-Food and Forestry is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
