Order dated June 7, 2013 extending d 'an endorsement to an agreement concluded in the framework of the Paris fashion collective agreement (#303)

In view of the order of 29 November 1982 and the successive orders extending the collective agreement Of the Parisian couture of 10 July 1961, updated on 6 December 1971, and of the texts which have completed or amended it;
Having regard to the amendment No 8 of 17 January 2013 to the agreement of 25 January 2002 on the guaranteed annual minimum remuneration, Entered into under the above collective agreement;
Given the Request for extension by the signatory organisations;
In view of the opinion published in the Official Journal of 11 April 2013;
In view of the opinions gathered during the investigation;
In view of the reasoned opinion of the National Negotiating Committee Collective (Sub-Committee on Conventions and Agreements), collected in accordance with the procedure referred to inArticle R. 2261-5 of the Code Job,

Are made mandatory for all employers and employees included in the scope of the collective agreement of the Parisian sewing of 10 July 1961, updated on 6 December 1971, as amended by the Amendment No 33 of 22 March 1996, the provisions of the Amendment No 8 of 17 January 2013 to the Agreement of 25 January 2002 on guaranteed annual minimum remuneration, concluded in the Framework of the aforementioned collective agreement, subject to the application of the provisions of L. 2241-9 of the Work that provides that annual salary negotiation is intended to Also to define and schedule measures to eliminate pay gaps between women and men.
