Stops:
Are made mandatory for all employers and employees included in the scope of the collective agreement of the Parisian sewing of 10 July 1961, updated on 6 December 1971, as amended by the Amendment No 33 of 22 March 1996, the provisions of the Amendment No 8 of 17 January 2013 to the Agreement of 25 January 2002 on guaranteed annual minimum remuneration, concluded in the Framework of the aforementioned collective agreement, subject to the application of the provisions of L. 2241-9 of the Work that provides that annual salary negotiation is intended to Also to define and schedule measures to eliminate pay gaps between women and men.
The extension of the effects and sanctions of the above endorsement shall take effect from the date of publication of this Order for the remaining time to be run and the conditions laid down by the said rider.
