Notice: This decree reflects, at the indiciary level, the reform of the career of socio-educational counsellors, provided for in the new decree establishing the special status of this employment framework. The terminal crude index of the grade of socio-educational counsellor is increased from 660 to 720. The new level of advancement as a socio-educational senior advisor culminates in the crude index 801, an indiciary gain at the end of the career of 141 points.

Vu la Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 amendments to the rights and obligations of civil servants, together with Act No. 84-53 of 26 January 1984 amended with statutory provisions relating to the territorial public service;
Vu le Decree No. 85-730 of 17 July 1985 relating to the remuneration of State officials and officials of the territorial authorities governed respectively by the Acts No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 and No. 84-53 of 26 January 1984 ;
Vu le Decree No. 85-1148 of 24 October 1985 amended on the remuneration of civil and military personnel of the State and territorial authorities;
Vu le Decree No. 2013-489 of 10 June 2013 having special status of the employment framework of socio-educational territorial advisers;
Considering the opinion of the Superior Council of the Territorial Public Service of 3 October 2012;
Based on the advice of the Local Finance Committee (the Standards Assessment Advisory Board) dated November 8, 2012,

Decree No. 92-842 of 28 August 1992 on indiciary staggering for socio-educational territorial advisers is repealed.
The Minister of Economy and Finance, the Minister of the Interior, the Minister of State Reform, Decentralization and Public Service, and the Minister Delegate to the Minister of Economy and Finance, responsible for the budget, are responsible, each with regard to it, for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
