In view of the amendment No. 14 of 12 December 2012 concerning the hourly tooling premiums applicable to 1 July 2013, to the Convention Collective susception;
Seen the Amendment No 16 of 12 December 2012, On compensation for small journeys applicable to 1 July 2013, to the above collective agreement;
In view of the request for extension submitted by the signatory organisations;
In view of the opinion published in the Official Journal of 23 February 2013;
In view of the opinions gathered during the investigation;
In view of the reasoned opinion of the National Commission for Nollective Negotiation (Sub-Committee on Conventions and Agreements), collected in accordance with the procedure laid down in article R. 2261-5 of the job code,
Stop:
Are made mandatory for all employers and employees included in the professional and territorial scope of the agreement Of the Batiment Workers of the Lower Normandy region of 9 February 1994, the provisions of:
-Amendment No 14 of 12 December 2012, relating to the hourly tooling premiums applicable to 1 July 2013, to the abovementioned collective agreement;
-Amendment No 16 of 12 December 2012, on compensation for small journeys Applicable to 1 July 2013, to the aforementioned collective agreement.
The extension of the effects and sanctions of the aforementioned endorsements shall take place Effect from the date of publication of this Order for the remainder of the Running and the conditions laid down by such endorsements.
The Director General of Labour at the Ministry of Labour, Employment, Vocational training and social dialogue and the Director of Financial, Social and Logistical Affairs at the Ministry of Agriculture, Agri-Food and Forest are responsible, each as far as it is concerned, for the implementation of this Arrested, to be published in the Official Gazette of the French Republic.
