Key Benefits:
By order of the Minister of the Interior dated May 29, 2013, is authorized under 2014 the opening of a professional examination for access to the rank of Senior Administrative Secretary of the Interior and Overseas.
This examination is open to the regular-class administrative secretaries of the interior and the overseas department, justifying, as of December 31, 2014, at least one year in the 4th step of the rank of the normal-class administrative secretary of the interior and the overseas department and at least three years of actual service in a body, job framework or job of category B or level.
The number of positions offered for review will be determined later by a ministerial order.
The application for admission to compete is made to the candidate's choice via telematics or by mail.
Telematic registration
It must be carried out on the website of the Ministry of Interior: www.interieur.gouv.fr, under the heading "Our trades, administration, administrative sector, competition calendar and registration".

In order for the candidate to be considered as valid, the candidate must:
- to validate its registration on the telematic service within the time limit;
― send the necessary supporting documentation to the selected examination centre.

Postal registration
Withdrawal of registration form
The withdrawal of the registration form is made, at the choice of the candidate, by download, by mail or on site.
By download: on the website www.interieur.gouv.fr, "Our trades, administration, administrative sector, competition calendar and registrations". The deadline for withdrawal of registration forms by download is Friday, 5 July 2013, at 6 p.m. (Paris time).
By mail or on site:
By attaching an envelope (A4 format) to the applicable rate per 100 g (recorded to the candidate's name and address) or by withdrawal on site:
- for the metropolis (province): in the prefectures of the region (see annex);
―for the overseas: from the prefectures and overseas communities (see annex);
― for Ile-de-France and for all: in the Ministry of the Interior, SG/DRH/SDRF/BRPP, pole contest, to the attention of Mme Chrystel PERIAUX-SENG, 27, Cours des Petites-Ecuries, 77185 Lognes.
The deadline for withdrawal of on-site registration forms is Friday, July 5, 2013, at 4 p.m. (Paris time).
The deadline for the withdrawal of mailing registration forms is Friday, June 28, 2013, the stamp of the post being held.
Procedures for transmitting registration files by mail
The candidate will have to send his registration file to the selected examination centre. This registration file will necessarily include:
― the completed, dated and signed registration form;
– any supporting documentation required.
The closing date of the posting is Friday, July 5, 2013, the term of rigour, the stamp of the post being held.
Any incomplete or misreported file will be rejected.
The expected date of the written test is Tuesday, October 1, 2013. The written test will take place in the examination centres listed in the annex.
To the extent that at least one application would be registered, examination centres will be opened in the following overseas departments and communities: Guadeloupe, Guyana, Martinique, Mayotte, La Réunion, French Polynesia, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, Nouvelle-Calédonie.
