In light of the amended decision of 11 April 2001, setting the conditions for registration on the eligibility list for the positions of management officer and accounting officer of the agricultural social mutuality organizations,

In the above-mentioned decision of 11 April 2001, the words: "the audit, evaluation and control mission of agricultural social welfare organizations" are replaced by the words: "the national mission for the control and audit of social security organizations".
In article 2 of the above-mentioned decision of 11 April 2001, the words: "(c) The Chief of the Audit, Evaluation and Control Mission of Agricultural Social Welfare Organizations or its representative are replaced by the words: "(c) The agricultural referent of the national unit of the national monitoring and audit mission of social security agencies or its representative".
Section 14 of the above-mentioned decision of 11 April 2001 is replaced by the following provisions:
"The person likely to collect, as of January 1, 2014, the required conditions and who wishes to be listed on the aptitude list shall make a duplicate request by means of a pre-established form whose grant may be obtained exclusively by download on the www. msa. en.
The candidate in office in an agricultural social mutuality organization or in a local social security organization referred to in theArticle R. 111-1 of the Social Security Code other than an agricultural social mutuality fund shall apply to the president of the organization (or to the director) of which he reports and to the secretariat responsible for establishing the suitability list to the ministry responsible for agriculture, by 1 June 2013 (the stamp of the position being held).
Candidate in a national organization targeted to theArticle R. 111-1 of the Social Security Code other than the Central Fund for Agricultural Social Mutuality, or one of the administrative public institutions whose list is fixed by joint decree of the ministers responsible for social security and agriculture pursuant to the 3° of Article R. 123-45-2 of the Social Security Code, submits its request to the President of the organization under his jurisdiction and to the secretariat responsible for establishing the suitability list for the Ministry of Agriculture before June 1, 2013 (the stamp of the position being held).
Public servants and contract agents of public law must submit their application for registration, together with the advice of their supervisor, to the secretariat responsible for establishing the suitability list to the Ministry responsible for agriculture before 1 June 2013 (the stamp of the position in question).
In all cases, applicants must indicate in their application the job listing(s) in which they request their registration. They must also attach to their application the necessary documents for the examination of their file and, in particular, those whose communication is required in the pre-established form.
The Secretariat responsible for establishing the Aptitude List to the Ministry of Agriculture shall forward to the Chief of the National Monitoring and Audit Mission of Social Security Organizations the registration records of candidates referred to in the second paragraph of this Article and to the Chief of the General Inspection of Social Affairs the registration records of candidates referred to in the third paragraph, by 11 June 2013.
All applications for registration on the fitness list must be forwarded by the chairpersons (or directors) of the organizations to the secretariat responsible for the suitability list of the Ministry responsible for agriculture, along with their reasoned opinions, by 1 July 2013.
The Secretariat responsible for establishing the Fitness List provides the collective sending of the motivated opinions of the chairpersons (or directors) of organizations whose candidates are the candidates to the head of the national monitoring and audit mission of social security agencies or to the head of the general social affairs inspection by 11 July 2013.
The Head of the National Audit and Control Mission of Social Security Organizations and the Chief of the General Inspectorate of Social Affairs transmit all of their reasons to the secretariat responsible for establishing the suitability list to the Ministry of Agriculture no later than 15 October 2013. »
In article 15 of the above-mentioned decision of 11 April 2001, the words "or, if any, of the head of the national monitoring and audit mission of social security organizations" are deleted.
The Director of Financial, Social and Logistics Affairs is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
