Summary

This Act authorizes the approval of the agreement in the form of an exchange of letters between the Government of the French Republic and the International Institute of Phytogenetic Resources (IPGRI) concerning the establishment of an IPGRI office in France and its privileges and immunities in French territory (as a whole an annex), signed in Rome on 16 November 2010, and in Paris on 3 January 2011, and whose text is annexed to it.

The National Assembly and the Senate adopted,
The President of the Republic enacts the following legislation:

Single article.

Is authorized to approve the agreement in the form of an exchange of letters between the Government of the French Republic and the International Institute of Phytogenetic Resources (IPGRI) concerning the establishment of an IPGRI office in France and its privileges and immunities in French territory (as a whole an annex), signed in Rome on 16 November 2010, and in Paris, on 3 January 2011, and whose text is annexed to this Act. (2)
This law will be enforced as a law of the State.
