Stop:
Are made mandatory for all employers and employees included in the scope of the national collective agreement Anonymous companies and foundations of the HLM of 27 April 2000, as extended by decree of 22 January 2001, the provisions of the agreement of 1 December 2011 in favour of the prevention of pentability in social enterprises for habitat, concluded in The framework of the above collective agreement.
The preamble is extended to the exclusion of the words: In order to be able to cover, pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement, undertakings of fifty employees with less than three hundred employees in accordance with the legal text " As contrary to the provisions of article D. 138-28 of the social security code.
The extension of the effects and sanctions of the aforementioned agreement shall take effect from the date of publication of this Order for the remaining period to be run and to the Conditions provided for by the said Agreement.
The Director General of Labour shall be responsible for the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic French.
