Having regard to the amended decision of 6 February 2003, establishing a revenue-based and advance-oriented authority with the diplomatic mission and consular posts in Tunisia;
Having regard to the Treasurer's agreement with the French Embassy in Tunisia dated 10 December 2012,

Title II "Advanced Rule" is amended to read:
Instead of: "Advanced rules", read: "Advanced rules".
Section 4 of title II "Advanced Regulations" is amended to read:
Insert a second subparagraph:
"It is established at the Consulate General of France in Tunis a board of advances for the payment of account and commissioning fees related to the encumberment of the rights of chancery as well as for refunds on the receipts of chancery. »
Section 5 of title II "Advanced Regulations" is amended to read:
The first paragraph is rewritten as follows: "The amount of advance to be granted to the governess to the French Embassy in Tunisia is set at the counter-value in local currency of 15,000 €. »
Add a second paragraph: "The amount of the advance to be granted to the governor at the Consulate General of France in Tunis is set at the counter-value in local currency of 3,000 €. »
Section 6 of title II "Advanced Regulations" is amended to read:
Instead of: "The governess puts back," read: "The rulers surrender."

The Order of December 31, 2012 amending the amended Order of February 6, 2003, establishing a revenue stream and an advance board with the diplomatic mission and consular posts in Tunisia is repealed.
The Director General of Administration and Modernization at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Director General of Public Finance at the Ministry of Economy and Finance are responsible, each with respect to it, for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
