The Minister of Labour, Employment, Vocational training and social dialogue and the Minister of Agriculture, Agri-Food and Forestry,
Given the Labour Code, In particular Article L. 2261-15;
In the light of the decree of 12 February 1991 and the successive orders extending the national collective agreement of 8 October 1990 concerning workers employed by undertakings in the building covered by the Decree of 1 March 1962 as amended (i.e. occupying up to ten employees) And texts that have completed or amended;
In view of the Regional Agreement No. 15 (Burgundy) of 28 September 2012 on minimum wages, concluded in the framework of the aforementioned national collective agreement;
In view of the regional amendment No. 26 (Burgundy) of 28 September 2012, relating to allowances for small movements, to the aforementioned national collective agreement;
In view of the request for extension submitted by the signatory organisations;
In view of the opinion published in the Official Journal of 21 December 2012;
Seen in the course of the survey;
In view of the Motivated by the National Commission for Collective Bargaining (Sub-Committee on Conventions and Agreements), collected in accordance with the procedure laid down in article R. 2261-5 of the job code,

The extension of the effects and sanctions of the agreement and the endorsement referred to above shall take effect from the date of publication of this Order for the remaining time to be run and the conditions laid down by such agreement and endorsement.

Article 3

The Director General of Labour at the Ministry of Labour, Employment, Vocational Training and Social Dialogue and the Director of Financial, social and logistical affairs of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and forestry are responsible for the execution of this Order, each of which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
