By order of the Minister of Agriculture, Agri-Food and Forestry dated March 7, 2013, regardless of the legislative and regulatory provisions relating to employment reserved to beneficiaries of the Code of Military Disability Pensions and War Victims and the legislative and regulatory provisions authorizing the contractual recruitment of beneficiaries of the employment obligation referred to in section 27 of the Act of January 11, 1984, is authorized under the 2013 competition for the year
The total number of places offered is 10, which is as follows:
• external competition: 6 places;
Internal competition: 4 seats.
Non-recruitment positions may be assigned to candidates from other recruitment channels.
The registration closing date is 26 April 2013 for both competitions.
The date of the trials, the composition of the jury and the list of candidates admitted to compete will be the subject of an order by the Director General of the National Forestry Board.
In addition, 1 place is available for disabled workers and 1 place for reserved jobs.
In the absence of a qualified candidate on the suitability list established by the Minister of Defence pursuant to the provisions of the Code of Military Disability Pensions and War Victims to serve as the Administrative Secretary of the National Forestry Board, the job(s) vacant may only be filled in accordance with the priorities defined in section L. 406 of the same code and in accordance with the procedure defined in section L. 406 of the same code.
In the absence of a qualified candidate to serve as the administrative secretary of the National Forestry Board or in the event of a refusal of the candidate, the jobs not filled under the conditions set out in section L. 406 of the same code are added to the jobs to be filled under the conditions defined in section R. 412 of the same code.
