Key Benefits:
By order of the Minister of Ecology, Sustainable Development and Energy of 27 February 2013, the number of places offered to the external and internal competitive examinations of the driver's licence and road safety inspectors opened for the year 2013 by decree of 9 October 2012 is set at 31.
These places are divided as follows:
External competition: 24;
Internal competition: 7.
In addition, three positions are available to beneficiaries of the Code of Military Disability Pensions and War Victims.
In the absence of a qualified candidate on the suitability list established by the Minister of Defence pursuant to the provisions of the Code of Military Disability Pensions and War Victims to perform the duties of inspector of the driver's licence and road safety, the vacant employment may only be provided by meeting the priorities set out in section L. 406 of the same code and according to the procedure set out in sections R. 408 et seq. of the same code.
In the absence of a qualified candidate to perform the duties of an inspector of the driver's licence and road safety or in the event of a refusal of the candidate, the employment not provided under the conditions set out in section L. 406 shall be added to the jobs to be filled under the conditions defined in section R. 412.
