Notice: in the context of the election of deputies by the French established outside France, the Electoral code provides that the French population established in each of the eleven electoral districts is estimated each year as of January 1. This decree authenticates this population for the year 2013 based on data from the French register established outside France. The demographic data in this decree will, in the event of legislative elections, help determine the limits of election expenses.
