Judgment of January 30, 2013 authorizing for the year 2013 the opening of competitions for the recruitment of administrative secretaries of the interior and overseas and of protection secretaries of refugees and stateless persons of normal class

By order of the Minister of the Interior and the Director General of the French Refugee and Stateless Office dated 30 January 2013, the opening of external and internal competitions for recruitment in the normal grade of administrative secretaries of the interior and overseas and secretaries of protection of refugees and stateless persons is authorized under the 2013 year.
The total number of positions offered to external and internal competitions and their geographical distribution will be determined later by order.
For localized services in the Ile-de-France region (central administration, department and region prefectures, national police and gendarmerie services, administrative courts and French Agency for the Protection of Refugees and stateless persons), the organization of recruitments as well as the registration procedures, the composition of the jury and the list of authorized candidates to compete will be subject to subsequent decisions of the Minister of the Interior and the Director General of the French Office
For the deconcentrated services, with the exception of the Ile-de-France region, the organization of the recruitments as well as the registration procedures, the composition of the jury and the list of candidates authorized to compete will be the subject of prefectoral decrees issued by each regional prefect, organizer of the contests.
For all services, the date of the written proof of eligibility for external and internal competitions is Thursday, April 4, 2013.
