Notice: This decree draws the consequences of the creation of the new body of hospital technicians and technicians in compensation matters. Personnel classified in this new body benefit from the technical lump sum allowance under the same conditions as the members of the former corps of the superior hospital technicians. The maximum amount of this allowance is adjusted to the grades and the monthly amount is determined by the appointing authority, depending on the professional value of the agent.

Vu la Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 amendments to the rights and obligations of civil servants, together with Act No. 86-33 of 9 January 1986 amended with statutory provisions for the hospital public service;
Vu le Decree No. 90-693 of 1 August 1990 the award of a special hardship allowance to staff of the hospital public service;
Vu le Decree No. 2011-744 of 27 June 2011 bearing special status of the corps of the superior hospital technicians;
Vu le Decree No. 2012-78 of 23 January 2012 bearing special status of the corps of the superior hospital technicians and technicians of the Paris Public Hospital Assistance;
Having regard to the Order of March 24, 1967 relating to conditions for the award of service allowances to personnel of certain establishments listed in section 2 of the Act of January 9, 1986,
Decrete:
Senior technicians and technicians who hold or trainee Decree of 27 June 2011 benefit from a monthly technical lump-sum allowance payable in the fallen term.
The monthly amount of the technical lump sum allowance shall be determined by the authority vested in the appointing authority according to the professional value of the agent.
This amount is set within the limit of 25.41 per cent of the recipient's monthly gross indiciary salary for body members classified in the first grade and within 40 per cent of the recipient's monthly gross indiciary salary for body members classified in the second and third grades, but this amount may not be less than the monthly amount of the special hardship allowance determined under the conditions specified in the articles 2 and 3 of the decree of 1 August 1990 referred to above.
The payment of the technical lump-sum allowance is exclusive to the payment of the service allowance provided for in the above-mentioned Order of March 24, 1967 and the special hardship allowance provided for in the above-mentioned Order of March 24, 1967. Decree of 1 August 1990.
Order No. 91-871 of 5 September 1991 on the award of a technical lump sum allowance to senior hospital technicians is repealed.
The Minister of Economy and Finance, the Minister of Social Affairs and Health, the Minister of State Reform, Decentralization and Public Service, and the Minister Delegate to the Minister of Economy and Finance, in charge of the budget, are responsible, each with regard to it, for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
