Decree of 9 January 2013 extending d ' an agreement entered into under the national collective agreement of the retail chains of retail outlets d ' clothing (point 675)

The Minister of Labour, Employment, Vocational training and social dialogue,
Seen job code, including its article L. 2261-15;
In view of the order of 8 December 1972 and the successive orders extending the collective agreement The national clothing retail chain houses of 30 June 1972 and the texts which have amended or supplemented it;
Having regard to the agreement of 27 December 2010 on vocational training, concluded under the Convention National collective above;
Due to the request for extension By the signatory organisations;
In view of the opinion published in the Official Journal of 1 April 2011;
In view of the opinions gathered during the investigation;
In view of the reasoned opinion of the National Commission for Collective Bargaining (Sub-Committee on Conventions and agreements), delivered at the September 21, 2012 meeting,
Stop:

Item 1 second paragraph of Article R. 6332-7 of the Labour Code.
The first paragraph of Article V-1 is extended subject to Applying the Article L. 6324-1 of the Labour Code.
The first indent of Article VIII-3 is extended subject to the application of the Href=" /viewCodeArticle.do?cidTexte=LEGITEXT000006072050&idArticle=LEGIARTI000006904240&dateTexte= &categorieLink = cid"> provisions of 2 ° of article L. 6323-18 of the labor code.
The first paragraph of Article IX on the validity of the Acquired experience is extended subject to the application of the section L. 6313-11 of the job code.

Article 2

The extension of the effects and sanctions of the above agreement shall take effect from the date of publication of this Order for the remaining duration and the conditions laid down by the said Agreement.

Article 3

The Director General of Work is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
