Entry into force: the text comes into force on January 1, 2013.
Notice: the decree draws the consequences in the regulatory parties Social Security Code and the Rural and Maritime Fisheries Code (Simple Order Part) of the Disappearance of the Audit, Evaluation and Control Mission of Agricultural Social Welfare Organizations (MAECOPSA) and of the transfer of its powers to the National Monitoring and Audit Mission of Social Security Organizations (NCS) for the audit, monitoring and guardianship missions of local agricultural social protection bodies provided for by the Decree No. 2012-1362 of 6 December 2012 the monitoring of local social security agencies.

On the report of the Minister of Social Affairs and Health and the Minister of Agriculture, Agri-Food and Forestry,
Considering the rural code and the maritime fisheries;
Vu le Social Security Code ;
Vu le Decree No. 2012-1362 of 6 December 2012 the monitoring of local social security agencies;
Considering the advice of the Special Technical Committee of the General Secretariat of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries, Rurality and Land Management as of 30 March 2012;
Considering the advice of the ministerial technical committee placed with ministers responsible for health, youth, associative life, solidarity, social cohesion, city and sports on 3 April 2012;
Considering the opinion of the Central Board of Directors of the Agricultural Social Mutuality dated 18 April 2012,
Decrete:
The Social Security Code is thus amended:
1° In sections D. 122-6, D. 122-13, D. 122-19 and D. 144-1, the words "or, for organizations of agricultural social mutuality, of the service referred to in article R. 155-2" are deleted;
2° Section D. 122-13 is amended as follows:
(a) In the second paragraph, the words: "The persons referred to in the first paragraph may" are replaced by the words: "The person in charge referred to in the first paragraph may" and the words: "that they have diligently done" are replaced by the words "that he has diligently done";
(b) In the last paragraph, the words: "the targeted officials" are replaced by the words: "the named person";
3° In article D. 281-2, the second paragraph is deleted.
Sections D. 723-157 and D. 723-187 of the Rural and Maritime Fisheries Code, the reference toArticle R. 155-2 of the Social Security Code is replaced by a reference to section R. 155-1 of the same code.
The provisions of this Decree come into force on 1 January 2013.
The Minister of Social Affairs and Health and the Minister of Agriculture, Agri-Food and Forestry are responsible, each with respect to it, for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
