Order of December 27, 2012 amending the order of August 30, 2002 fixing the annual reference amounts of the lump sum allowance representative of hardships and additional work assigned to the staff of the bodies of technical advisers of social service of the state administrations and of social service assistants of the state administrations

Vu le Decree No. 2002-1105 of 30 August 2002 amended with respect to the representative lump-sum allowance of hardships and additional work attributed to the staff of the bodies of technical social service advisers of the state administrations and social service assistants of the state administrations;
Vu le Decree No. 2012-1098 of 28 September 2012 bearing particular status of the interdepartmental body of social service assistants of state administrations;
Vu le Decree No. 2012-1099 of 28 September 2012 bearing particular status of the interdepartmental body of the technical advisers of social service of the state administrations;
Vu le Decree No. 2012-1100 of 28 September 2012 concerning the employment of councillor for the social action of state administrations;
In view of the decision of 30 August 2002 setting the annual reference amounts of the lump sum allowance representative of hardships and additional work assigned to the staff of the bodies of technical advisers of social service of the state administrations and of social service assistants of the state administrations,

In the title and first paragraph of Article 1 of the above-mentioned Decree of 30 August 2002, the words: "Personals of the bodies of technical advisers of social service of the state administrations and of assistants of social service of the state administrations" are replaced by the words: "Personals of the interdepartmental bodies of assistants of social service of the administrations of the State and of technical advisers of the State service

After the first paragraph of Article 1st, the words are added: " ―employed as social adviser: 1,500 €; "
