Notice: the decree amends the special status of the nursing military and technicians of the military hospitals in order to transpose the provisions of the Decree No. 2007-1188 of 3 August 2007 having a special status of the body of health care workers and qualified hospital staff of the public hospital service.
The decree creates the military corps concerned, reclassifies in this body the soldiers who occupy jobs of caregivers and transposes the new indiciary grid to which their counterparts benefit from the public hospital service.

The Prime Minister,
On the report of the Minister of Defence,
Vu le Defence codeincluding article L. 4111-2;
Vu le Decree No. 2002-1490 of 20 December 2002 Amending the status of nursing and military technicians in military hospitals;
Vu le Decree No. 2007-1188 of 3 August 2007 amended to include the specific status of the body of caregivers and qualified hospital officers of the public hospital service;
Having regard to the advice of the Supreme Council of the Military Service dated 19 June 2009;
The State Council (Section of Administration) heard,
Decrete:
Article 2 of the above-mentioned Decree of 20 December 2002 is amended as follows:
1° In the second paragraph, the date of 14 December 2007 is replaced by the date of 19 June 2009;
2° The sixteenth row of the table is replaced by the following line:

Sections 6.8 and 11 of the same Order, the date of December 14, 2007 is replaced by the date of June 19, 2009.
The nurses and technicians of the military hospitals belonging to the body of the caregivers are, at the date of publication of this decree, integrated into the body of the caregivers and qualified hospital officers.
They are reclassified to their new body and subject to the statutory rules that, as of June 19, 2009, apply in the homologous body of the hospital public service.
The Minister of Economy and Finance, the Minister of Defence, the Minister of State Reform, Decentralization and Public Service, and the Minister Delegate to the Minister of Economy and Finance, in charge of the budget, are responsible, each with regard to it, for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
