Notice: the decree makes the annual revalorization of the lump-sum amount of active solidarity income under Article L. 262-3 of the Code of Social Action and Families. The revalorization rate is the forecast inflation for 2013 as determined by the Government in the context of the economic, social and financial report annexed to the 2013 Finance Bill.

Considering the code of social action and families, including articles L. 262-2 and L. 262-3;
Vu le Decree No. 2009-404 of 15 April 2009 relating to active solidarity income, including article 1;
Vu le Decree No. 2011-2040 of 28 December 2011 revising the lump-sum amount of active solidarity income;
Vu le Decree No. 2011-2097 of 30 December 2011 extending and adapting active solidarity income to the Department of Mayotte;
Considering the advice of the Board of Directors of the National Family Allowance Fund dated 4 December 2012;
Having regard to the advice of the Board of Directors of the Agricultural Social Mutuality dated 7 December 2012;
Based on the advice of the Local Finance Committee (the Standards Assessment Advisory Board) dated 18 December 2012,
Decrete:
The monthly lump sum of active solidarity income for an allocator is Euro483.24 starting January 1, 2013.
The Minister of Economy and Finance, the Minister of Social Affairs and Health, the Minister Delegate to the Minister of Economy and Finance, in charge of the budget, and the Minister Delegate to the Minister of Social Affairs and Health, in charge of persons with disabilities and the fight against exclusion, are responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
