Notice: drawing on the consequences of the merger of the body of the head and body of the hospital technicians and technicians of the hospital public service, this decree replaces the mention of the body of the chiefs and the superior technicians by the mention of the body of the hospital technicians and technicians in three decrees carrying out the new indiciary bonus (NBI), specifying which ranks or functions of the agents assigned to the body can benefit

Vu la Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 amendments to the rights and obligations of civil servants, together with Act No. 86-33 of 9 January 1986 making statutory provisions for the hospital public service;
Vu le Decree No. 92-112 of 3 February 1992 relating to the new indiciary enhancement attached to jobs occupied by some hospital public service personnel;
Vu le Decree No. 94-782 of 1 September 1994 assigning the new indiciary bonus to some hospital public service personnel;
Vu le Decree No. 2001-979 of 25 October 2001 assigning the new indiciary bonus to some hospital public service personnel;
Vu le Decree No. 2011-744 of 27 June 2011 bearing special status of the corps of the superior technicians and technicians of the hospital public service;
Vu le Decree No. 2012-78 of 23 January 2012 bearing special status of the corps of the superior hospital technicians and technicians of the Public Hospital Assistance in Paris,
Decrete:
At the 8th of Article 1 of the above-mentioned Decree of February 3, 1992, the words "Superior Technicians" are replaced by the words "Superior Hospital Technicians of 2nd and 1st Class".
At the 6th of Article 2 of the above-mentioned decree of 1 September 1994, the words: "Agents appointed in one of the ranks of the body of the head agents" are replaced by the words: "Agents appointed in one of the ranks of the body of the superior hospital technicians" and the word: "foremanagers" is replaced by the words: "control agents".
At the 3rd of Article 1 of the above-mentioned decree of October 25, 2001, the words: "Superior Technicians" are replaced by the words: "Technicians and Senior Hospital Technicians".
The Minister of Economy and Finance, the Minister of Social Affairs and Health, the Minister of State Reform, Decentralization and Public Service, and the Minister Delegate to the Minister of Economy and Finance, in charge of the budget, are responsible, each with regard to it, for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
