Explanatory Notice: This decree sets out the indiciary classification of the two grades of the body of the paramedical health executives, on the one hand, from the date of entry into force of the decree creating this new body and, on the other, from July 1, 2015. This ranking begins with the crude index 490 and culminates in the crude index 820. He is accompanied by an order fixing the indiciary level of the body.

The Prime Minister,
On the report of the Minister of Social Affairs and Health,
Vu la Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 amendments to the rights and obligations of civil servants, together with Act No. 86-33 of 9 January 1986 amended with statutory provisions for the hospital public service;
Vu le Decree No. 2012-1466 of 26 December 2012 having special status of the paramedical health frameworks of the hospital public service,
Decrete:
The indiciary classification applicable to the body of paramedical health executives of the hospital public service governed by the decree of 26 December 2012 referred to above is fixed as follows:
- grade of paramedic health framework: 490-770;
― rank of paramedical senior health officer: 642-820.
Effective July 1, 2015, the indiciary classification applicable to the body of the paramedical health executives of the hospital public service is set as follows:
- grade of paramedic health framework: 516-801;
― rank of paramedical superior health officer: 659-901.
The Minister of Economy and Finance, the Minister of Social Affairs and Health, the Minister of State Reform, Decentralization and Public Service, and the Minister Delegate to the Minister of Economy and Finance, in charge of the budget, are responsible, each with regard to it, for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
