Order of December 21, 2012 to delegate to the prefects of the regions of Haute-Normandie and Basse-Normandie the approval power of the renewal agreement of a public interest group

Minister of Economy and Finance, Minister of Interior and Minister of Ecology, Sustainable Development and Energy,
Vu la Act No. 2011-525 of 17 May 2011 simplifying and improving the quality of law, including articles 98 to 122;
Vu le Decree No. 2012-91 of 26 January 2012 relating to public interest groups;
Having regard to the decision of 4 July 2003 approving the constitutive convention of the public interest group « Seine-Aval » ;
In view of the decision of 27 December 2006 approving the amendment of the public interest group convention "Steve-Aval",
Stop:

Article 1

It is given delegation to the prefect of the Seine-Maritime, prefect of the Haute-Normandie region and Calvados, and to the prefect of the Basse-Normandie region of the approval power of the renewal agreement of the public interest group known as " Seine-Aval" and its possible amendments.

Article 2

The authority responsible for the economic and financial control of the State with the public interest group is the departmental director of public finances of the Seine-Maritime.

Article 3

The Director General of Local Authorities, the Director of Modernization and Territorial Action, the Budget Director, the Director General of Transport and Sea Infrastructure and the Director of Water and Biodiversity are responsible, each with respect to it, for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
