Stop:
Are made mandatory for all employers and employees included in the scope of the national collective agreement Cynegetic associative structures of 13 December 2007, the provisions of the agreement n ° 2 of 27 March 2012 on the development of lifelong vocational training, the professionalisation and the securing of routes
first paragraph of Article 5.1 shall be extended subject to the application of the provisions of article L. 6313-11 of the Labour Code.
Section 6.1 is extended subject to Ministerial approval pursuant to article R. 6332-3 of the Labour Code of the AGEFOS-SME for enterprises falling within the associative structures branch
last indent of the first paragraph of Article 6.3.1 and the last indent of Article 6.3.2 are excluded from the extension, as contravening the section R. 6332-47 of the job code.
The extension of the effects and sanctions of the above agreement shall take effect from the date of publication of this Order for the remaining duration and the conditions laid down by the said Agreement.
The Director General of Labour at the Ministry of Labour, Employment, Vocational Training and Social Dialogue and the Director of Financial, Social Affairs And logistics in the Ministry of Agriculture, Agri-Food and Forest are responsible for the execution of this Order, each of which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
