Order of October 1, 2012 with approval of air quality monitoring associations under the environmental code (book II, title II)

Minister of Ecology, Sustainable Development and Energy,
Considering the environmental code, including articles L. 221-3 and R. 221-9 to R. 221-14;
Vu le Customs Codeincluding section 266 decies relating to the general tax on polluting activities,
Having regard to the Orders of October 1, 2010 and October 25, 2010, with the approval of Air Quality Associations under the Environmental Code (book II, title II),
Stop it!

Article 1


The validity of the approval of the regional air quality monitoring association in Guadeloupe Gwad'air is extended by one year.

Article 2


The validity of the accreditation of the Regional Air Observatory of Guyana (ORA de Guyane) is extended by one year.

Article 3


The Director General of Energy and Climate is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
