Vu le Decree No. 75-142 of 3 March 1975 amended to create a campaign service allowance for certain members of the Earth Army, Navy and Air Force;
In view of the amended decision of 13 April 1990, setting the rates of compensation for campaign services allocated to some members of the Army, the Navy and the Air Force,
Stop:
Section 1 of the above-mentioned decision of 13 April 1990 is amended as follows:
1° The words: "daily treatment" are replaced by the words: "thirtieth of monthly treatment";
2° The word "six" is replaced by the word "five";
3° At the fourth row of the table, the grade and reference level "Lieutenant 5th step" are replaced by "Lieutenant 4th step";
4° The eighth and final row of the table is deleted.
Section 2 of the above-mentioned decision of 13 April 1990 is replaced by the following provisions:
"The payment of compensation for campaign services is made monthly. »
The Minister of Defence, the Minister of State Reform, Decentralization and Public Service, and the Minister Delegate to the Minister of Economy and Finance, responsible for the budget, are responsible, each with regard to it, for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
