The Minister of Labour, Employment, Training Professional and Social Dialogue and the Minister of Agriculture, Agri-Food and Forest,
Seen job code, including its article L. 2261-15;
In view of the December 23, 2008, extension of the national collective agreement for personnel Cynegetic associative structures of 13 December 2007 as it relates to employees covered by the general scheme and the texts which amended it and completed;
In view of the Decree of 17 December 2010 extending the collective agreement National staff of associative structures Cynetics of 13 December 2007 as it relates to employees in the agricultural professions and the texts which have amended and completed them;
In view of the Amendment No 10 of 31 May 2011 concerning remuneration to the national collective agreement Above;
Given the request for extension submitted by the signatory organizations;
In view of the notice published in the Official Journal of 24 August 2011;
In view of the opinions gathered during the investigation;
In view of the reasoned opinion of the National Commission of the Collective bargaining (Sub-Committee on Conventions and Agreements), delivered at January 31, 2012,
Stop:

Item 1 provisions of article L. 2241-9 of the Labour Code which provide that the annual wage negotiation is also aimed at Define and schedule measures to eliminate pay gaps between Women and men.

Article 2

The extension of the effects and sanctions of the aforementioned amendment shall take effect from the date of publication of the This Order for the remaining time to be run and the terms and conditions of the rider.

Section 3

The Director General of the Department Work, employment, vocational training and Social dialogue and the Director of Financial, Social and Logistical Affairs at the Ministry of Agriculture, Agri-Food and Forestry are responsible for the execution of this Order, each of which will be published in the Journal Official of the French Republic.
