It is established with the Director of the Bibliographic Agency for Higher Education a committee of hygiene, security and working conditions of public establishment having jurisdiction within the framework of the Title IV of the decree of 28 May 1982 referred to above to find out all questions about the services of the Bibliographic Agency of Higher Education.
The hygiene, security and working conditions of public establishment established pursuant to section 1 assists the technical committee of public establishment with jurisdiction under Title III of the decree of February 15, 2011 referred to above to all matters and draft texts concerning the Bibliographic Agency of Higher Education.
The composition of this committee shall be as follows:
(a) Administration representatives:
the Director of the Bibliographic Agency for Higher Education;
– the coordinator of the administrative and forecasting division of staff;
The Director of the Bibliographic Agency of Education is assisted, as appropriate, by the members of the administration exercising responsibility and interested in matters or draft texts submitted to the committee's opinion.
(b) Staff representatives:
– three incumbent members and three alternate members appointed by the most representative trade union organizations in view of the elections to the technical committee for public establishment.
The preventive physician, assistant or prevention advisor, occupational health and safety inspector and the administrative secretariat officer attend meetings of the hygiene, safety and working conditions committee.
The Director of the Bibliographic Agency for Higher Education is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
