Having regard to Decree No. 2002 - 529, April 16, 2002 taken for the application of articles L. 613 - 3 and L. 613 - 4 of the code of education and relative to the validation of studies carried out in France or abroad.
Having regard to Decree No. 2002 - 590, 24 April 2002 given for the purposes of the first paragraph of article L. 613-- 3 and article L. 613 4 of the code of education and relative to the validation of acquired experience by higher education institutions;
Considering the Decree of 16 October 1996 concerning the training leading to national diplomas of veterinary specialization;
Considering the Decree of 17 October 1996 establishing the list of veterinary specializations;
Having regard to the order of March 27, 2001, relative to the training leading to national graduates of veterinary schools internship;

This order fixes, for the academic year 2012-2013, the rate of tuition fees paid by students for the preparation of a national diploma in one of the institutions of agricultural public higher education listed in article D. 812 - 1 of the rural code and maritime fishing.

The rate of tuition fees for the preparation of a national diploma of university higher education corresponds to that set by order of the Minister of higher education and research.

The rate of registration fees paid by applicants to a national diploma by the validation of experience acquired amounts to €1,450.
In the event of partial validation, registration fees paid for a second entry rate amounts to €725.
The monitoring of further training is part of continuing vocational training. These benefits are set by the Board of Directors of the institution.

The rate of registration fees paid by candidates for a national diploma in public institutions of higher education agricultural by the validation of studies carried out in France or abroad amounts to €725.
In the event of partial validation, the rate of registration fee that the candidate must pay in respect of the additional training will be calculated depending on the number of European credits to validate for the graduation.

When a student performs all or part of his training in a higher education establishment other than that in which it is registered, the practicalities of administrative support and repayment of a portion of the amount of the registration fee paid by the student are determined by an agreement between the institutions concerned.

The rate of tuition fees paid by applicants in obtaining the CEAV in animal pathology in warm regions by the validation of experience acquired amounts to €984.
In the event of partial validation, the amount of the fees paid for the second entry amounts to €492.

Tuition fees are due to the title of the current academic year for each listing in the preparation of a national diploma. However, when a student registers in the same establishment for the preparation of many graduates, it pays a fee at the full rate for the first entry and a right at the rate reduced for each of the following entries. If rights before being thus paid have different rates, the right paid at the full rate is highest.
Students may be exempt from all or part of the payment of these fees under the conditions laid down by the Decree of January 5, 1984, referred to above.
