This Order sets out, for the academic year 2012-2013, the rate of tuition fees paid by students for the preparation of a national diploma in one of the public agricultural higher education institutions listed in Article D. 812-1 of the Rural and Maritime Fisheries Code.
The rate of tuition fees for the preparation of a national diploma in agricultural higher education is:
1 450 € | 1 100 € |
The rate of tuition fees for the preparation of a national university higher education diploma corresponds to that set by order of the Minister of Higher Education and Research.
The rate of registration fees paid by candidates to obtain a national diploma by the validation of the acquired experience is €1,450.
In the event of partial validation, the rate of registration fees paid for a second registration is €725.
The follow-up of additional training is the ongoing vocational training. The rates for these benefits are set by the board of directors of the institution.
The rate of registration fees paid by candidates to obtain a national degree in public institutions of agricultural higher education by the validation of graduate studies completed in France or abroad is €725.
In the event of partial validation, the rate of registration fees that the candidate must pay under his or her supplementary training will be calculated based on the number of European credits to be validated for graduation.
When a student performs all or part of his or her training in a higher education institution other than that in which he or she is enrolled, the practical terms of administrative care and payment of a portion of the amount of the registration fees paid by that student are fixed by a convention between the institutions concerned.
The rate of tuition fees paid by students for the years of training leading to the issuance of the State degree of veterinary doctor is:
2 074 € | 1 500 € |
The rate of tuition fees paid for training leading to the issuance of a certificate of in-depth veterinary studies (AVC) is €1,850.
The rate of tuition fees paid for each of the three years of the training leading to the issuance of a veterinary specialized degree (DESV) is €1,200.
By derogation from the provisions of the previous article, students applying to the preparation of the following VETs shall pay annual tuition fees in the amount of:
Veterinary pathological anatomy | 1 960 € |
Laboratory animal science | 3 800 € |
Students who have been authorized to follow the courses listed in this Order for several years, pursuant to Article 5 of the above-mentioned Decree of 16 October 1996, shall pay due proportionately every year the rights set out in Articles 8, 9 and 10 of this Order.

The rate of tuition fees paid by candidates to obtain a certificate of in-depth veterinary studies (AVC) or a degree of veterinary specialized studies (VES) by the validation of the acquired experience is €1,850.

The rate of tuition fees paid by the candidates for obtaining the ECAV in animal pathology in hot regions by the validation of the acquired experience is €984.

Tuition fees are due under the current academic year for each entry to the preparation of a national degree. However, when a student enrolled in the same institution in the preparation of several degrees, he paid a full-rate right for the first registration and a reduced-rate right for each of the following enrolments. If the fees to be paid have different rates, the right paid at full rates is the highest.
Students may be exempted from all or part of the payment of these rights under the conditions provided by the decree of 5 January 1984 referred to above.
The rate of fees for registration for the preparation of an institution diploma issued by a public agricultural higher education institution is set annually by the board of directors of that institution.
When a student conducts all or part of his or her training in a higher education institution other than that in which he or she is enrolled, the practical modalities for administrative care and payment of a portion of the rate of tuition fees paid by that student are determined by a convention between the institutions concerned.
