Given the Labour Code, in particular Article L. 2261-15;
In view of the decree of 1 February 1955 and the successive orders extending the national collective agreement on road transport and auxiliary transport activities of 21 December 1950 and the texts which have amended or supplemented it;
Vu Amendment No 1 of 28 June 2010 to the Agreement of 30 June 2009 on the Temporary derogation from the right to leave of absence, concluded under the aforementioned collective agreement;
In view of the request for extension submitted by the signatory organisations;
In view of the opinion published in the Official Journal of 26 October 2010;
In view of the opinions gathered during the survey;
In view of the reasoned opinion of the National Commission for Collective Bargaining (Sub-Committee on Conventions and Agreements), delivered in session on 4 May 2012,
Stop:
The provisions of the Amendment No 1 of 28 June 2010 to the Agreement of 30 June 2009 relating to passenger transport undertakings shall be made compulsory in passenger road transport undertakings. The temporary derogation from the right to leave of absence, concluded as part of the collective agreement referred to above.
The extension The effects and sanctions of the endorsement referred to above shall take effect from the date of publication of this Order for the remainder of the term and the conditions laid down by the said rider.
Director Work at the Ministry of Labour, Employment, Vocational Training and Social Dialogue and the Director of Transport Services in the Ministry of Ecology, Sustainable Development and Energy; Responsible for transport, sea and fishing, each shall be responsible for the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
