Notice relating to the extension of an Avender to an agreement entered into under the National Collective Agreement for the Manufacture and Trade of Pharmaceutical, Paraharmaceutical and Veterinary Products

In application of theArticle L. 2261-15 of the Labour Code, the Minister of Labour, Employment, Vocational Training and Social Dialogue is considering taking an order to make mandatory, for all employers and employees entering its scope, the provisions of the following order.
This text can be consulted in the regional direction of companies, competition, consumption, work and employment.
Within fifteen days, professional organizations and all interested persons are requested to communicate their comments and opinions on the proposed generalization.
Their communications should be addressed to the Ministry of Labour, Employment, Vocational Training and Social Dialogue (DGT, RT 2), 39-43, Quai André-Citroën, 75902 Paris Cedex 15.

From 27 June 2012 to the agreement of 6 January 2005.

General Directorate of Labour at the Ministry of Labour, Employment, Vocational Training and Social Dialogue.

Vocational training.
Signatories:
Grouping small and medium-sized production and services companies for pharmacy and health (Facophar-Health);
Union of the Veterinary Drug Industry (SIMV);
Union of the in vitro diagnostic industry (SFRL);
Association nationale des sociétés vétérinaires d'achats et de distribution de médicaments (ANSVADM) ;
Trade union organizations of interested employees associated with CFTC, CFDT, CGT-FO and CFE-CGC.
