All employers and employees included in the scope of the National collective agreement of undertakings for the trade, rental and repair of agricultural tractors, machinery and equipment, public works, building and handling equipment, recreational motorcycle equipment, gardens And Green Spaces of 30 October 1969, the provisions of the Amendment No 85 of 24 January 2012, relating to minimum wages, to the aforementioned collective agreement.
The extension of the effects and sanctions of the aforementioned amendment shall take place Effect from the date of publication of this Order for the period remaining to be run and the conditions laid down by that rider.
