The accounting results of the social insurance fund of Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon for the 2011 fiscal year show a negative balance of 25,719,051.00 euros before taking into account the contribution of the National Health Insurance Fund of employed workers for this fiscal year.
The contribution of the National Health Insurance Fund for Employees for the 2011 fiscal year is stopped at the sum of 25,719,051.00 euros. In view of the payments made for this fiscal year, or 20,501,088.2 euros, the Caisse nationale de l'assurance maladie des travailleurs wages remains liable for an amount of 5,217,962.18 euros. This balance will be paid to the social insurance fund of Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon with the first deposit mentioned in article 3.
The quarterly payments to be paid by the National Health Insurance Fund for Employees for the year 2012 calculated on the basis of fiscal year 2011 amount to a quarter of Euro25,719,051.00.
Pursuant to Article 2, the amount of the first deposit is set at 11 647 724.93 euros. The amount of other deposits is 6,429,762.75 euros.
These advance payments will be paid to the social insurance fund of Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon according to the following schedule: the first and second instalments on the day after the publication of this order or the next working day, the third instalment on 28 September 2012, the fourth instalment on 30 November 2012.
The Director of Social Security and the Director of the Budget are responsible, each with respect to him, for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
