In view of the orders of 12 February 1991 and 15 December 1992 and the successive orders, in particular the order of 4 November 2009, extending the national collective agreement concerning the workers employed by the undertakings of the Construction subject to the amended decree of 1 March 1962 (i.e. Occupying up to ten employees) of 8 October 1990 and of the texts which have completed or amended;
In view of the Regional Agreement (Auvergne) of 19 December 2011 on minimum wages, concluded under the aforementioned collective agreement;
Vu The Regional Agreement (Auvergne) of 19 December 2011 on meal and small travel allowances, concluded under the aforementioned collective agreement;
Due to the request for extension by the signatory organisations;
Vu The notice published in the Official Journal of February 21, 2012;
In view of the The course of the investigation;
Given the reasoned opinion of the National Commission for Collective Bargaining (Sub-Committee on Conventions and Agreements), collected in accordance with the procedure laid down in article R. 2261-5 of the job code,
Stop:
Are made mandatory for all employers and employees included in the professional scope of the national collective agreement of 8 October 1990 concerning the workers employed by the undertakings in the building covered by the amended decree of 1 March 1962 (i.e. occupying up to ten employees), as amended by the Amendment No 1 of 17 March 1992, and in their own field Territorial application, the provisions of:
-the regional agreement (Auvergne) of 19 December 2011 on minimum wages, concluded within the framework of the abovementioned collective agreement;
-the regional agreement (Auvergne) of 19 December 2011 on meal and small allowances Movement, concluded within the framework of the aforementioned collective agreement.
The extension of the effects and sanctions of the aforementioned agreements shall take place Effect from the date of publication of this Order for the remaining period To run and the conditions laid down in those agreements.
The Director General of Labour at the Ministry of Labour, Employment, Vocational training and social dialogue and the Director of Financial, Social and Logistical Affairs at the Ministry of Agriculture, Agri-Food and Forest are responsible, each as far as it is concerned, for the implementation of this Arrested, to be published in the Official Gazette of the French Republic.
