Decree of 26 June 2012 extending d ' an agreement entered into in the framework of the national collective agreement of the staff of inter-employer occupational health services (point 897)

The Minister of Labour, Employment, Vocational training and social dialogue,
Seen job code, including its article L. 2261-15;
In view of the order of 18 October 1976 and the successive orders, including the order of 12 July 2010, Extension of the national collective agreement of the staff of inter-company occupational health services of 20 July 1976 and of the texts which have amended or supplemented it;
Having regard to the agreement of 17 October 2011 on training Within the framework of the national collective agreement Above;
Given the request for extension by the signatory organizations;
In view of the notice published in the Official Journal of February 9, 2012;
In view of the opinions gathered during the investigation;
In view of the reasoned opinion of the National Commission of Collective bargaining (Sub-Committee on Conventions and Agreements), delivered at the May 4, 2012 meeting,
Stop:

Item 1 provisions of articles L. 6323-3 and D. 6323-1 of the code of the job.
The second sentence of article 2-2-8 is extended under Reserve for application of provisions of article L. 6323-12 of the Labour Code.
The first paragraph of Chapter 4 is extended subject to The application of the provisions of Article L. 6324-1 of the Labour Code.

Article 2


The extension of the effects and sanctions of the aforementioned agreement shall take effect from the date of publication of this Order for the remaining time to be run and the conditions laid down by the said Agreement.

Article 3


The Director General of Labour shall be responsible for the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
